Portable Performance

Featuring a 1.1 GHz Intel Celeron N5100 Quad-Core processor with 4GB of onboard LPDDR4x memory and 32GB of eMMC storage, this Chromebook allows you to quickly launch a variety of Chrome OS and Android applications from the Google Play Store in addition to cloud-based G Suite apps such as Google Docs. The 1366 x 768 IPS touchscreen is powered by integrated Intel UHD graphics, which delivers clear photos, videos, and documents.

Flexible Design

Rotate the 11.6" screen on its reinforced 360° hinges to switch the 500e from a traditional laptop mode to a flat tablet mode to fit different uses and situations. Setting it on its edges with a tent mode allows you to comfortably view content such as streaming videos while conserving desktop space.

An included pen, kept in a dedicated garaged compartment, allows you to write handwritten notes and make detailed edits to photos and documents.

Built Tough

The 500e Chromebook is tested with MIL-STD-810H military-grade standards and includes a wraparound bumper that helps it to withstand drops on its corners. Other features include a Corning Gorilla Glass touchscreen and a spill-resistant keyboard with pry-resistant keys.

Stay Connected

Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) support allows you to connect to high-speed wireless networks, providing smooth experiences when watching streaming videos and browsing the internet. Use the built-in 720p HD webcam, microphone, and 2W stereo speaker system to video chat with friends, co-workers, and classmates.

Closing the integrated shutter helps to protect your privacy. A rear-facing 5MP camera is also available, which lets you capture and share photos and videos of your environment.
